Exhibit 1 PETITION TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF BELGRADE, MONTANA I / We the undersigned property owner(s) of the following described property, do hereby respectfully petition that the City Council of the City of Belgrade, Montana, to annex the following described real property situated in Gallatin County, Montana, more particularly described and zoned as follows: The petitioners requesting annexation of the property described herein into the City of Belgrade, Montana, hereby mutually agree to the provisions of municipal services to the property requested to be annexed in accordance with the Annexation Policies adopted by the City Council of the City of Belgrade in Resolution No. 2022-48, on August 15, 2022, and any subsequent amendments, modifications, or updates thereto adopted by the City Council. The petitioners acknowledge that petitioners will be required to enter into an annexation agreement with the City prior to annexation.
