Recreation and Parks City Of Augusta Special Events/Rentals Revised 01/05/2023 Fee Structure NOTE: RENTERS, PLEASE REVIEW THE GUIDELINES’ PACKET THOROUGHLY FOR OTHER FEES THAT MAY PERTAIN TO YOUR EVENT. CLEAN UP All area rentals require a non-refundable cleanup fee: Weddings/Walks: $150.00 (per day) All Other Events: $400.00 (per day) SUPERINTENDENT FEES: All functions must have a department employed superintendent on duty for the entirety of the rental. The superintendents will be paid $20.00 per hour/4-hour minimum Monday-Friday (after normal working hours) and Saturdays and Sundays (If more than 200 people, there must be two superintendents present). Please read item II in the Guidelines packet for more information. CASH ONLY VENUE FEES AMPHITHEATER AUGUSTA COMMON Ticketed Concerts/Performances $800.00 $700.00 Miscellaneous Events / Fundraisers, etc. $700.00 $600.00 Church Services/School Groups/Meetings $500.00 (over 2-hour time use) $400.00 (2-hour time use) EIGHTH / NINTH / TENTH STREET PLAZAS / BULKHEADS: $500.00 per day Walks, Runs, etc. $200.00 (NOTE: This fee is for a walk or run through the facility with NO SETUP required. If setup needed, please see fee scale for desired venue costs) AUGUSTA COMMON SERVICE CENTER CONFERENCE ROOM: $75.00* WEDDINGS Simple Vows Ceremony Ceremony and Reception Eight/Ninth Street Plazas $200.00 $250.00 Japanese Gardens/Heroes Overlook Bulkheads (7th, 8th, 9th, 10th streets) Amphitheater / Mezzanine and Arbor Area $300.00 $400.00 Augusta Common ELECTRICAL SERVICES: Riverwalk Plaza: A limited amount of power is available near the Riverwalk Plaza area. Amphitheater: 300 amps maximum available – stage area only Augusta Common: Reynolds St. Stage Area – 100 amps 3 phase Distribution Box 120-volt outlets near each booth spaces 220-volt outlets are also available in certain locations STAGE: Mobile Stage is available for rental.
