Goals & Objectives:  Reduce incidence of criminal activity, creating safer communities.  Reduce substance abuse among offenders by providing strong accountability that increases treatment compliance and successful outcomes  Reduce the financial burden of drug addiction to our community, saving taxpayer money.  Stabilizing families by breaking the cycle of addiction through highly structured treatment process that includes monitored drug screening, mandatory employment/school attendance, and regular court appearances.
