APPENDIX C-1 – ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES SURVEY 327 Purpose of the Survey: The Augusta-Richmond County Comprehensive Plan document will guide the city’s growth and development for the next twenty (20) years. To do so, Augusta-Richmond County residents, property owners, business owners and community leaders must first identify key issues and opportunities that face the city. Please take a few minutes of your time to review this survey and provide us with your input.
