Signed in as a public user or as a Contractor, click on “Properties Search” to search for the address that you wish to review public records. Guide to Arvadapermits.org Researching Permits Online access to inspections, permits and projects in real time. Arvadapermits.org is a live view of current building activity for the City of Arvada. As a user, you can research permits that have been issued, look up addresses within the City, review registered contractors and schedule inspections on active permits. A new online feature is the ability to review active Community Development projects. Enter in the address that you are trying to research. If you enter in only the address numbers a larg- er search will be returned. Arvada addresses are not spelled out completely, for example, W 58th Pl or Owens St ---PAGE BREAK--- After you select the address you will be brought to the information window for that record. Any permits that have been issued to the property since 1998 will be itemized under “Linked Activities” 1. All documentation for all permits issued through 2013 will be as an attachment under the HISTORY permit type. 2. When you click on the attachment link a .pdf will open in a new tab or window. 3. Any new information processed in 2014 will be attached to the associated permit. For instance if you want to review a roof permit, click on the roof permit that was issued. If you are looking for a site plan, you can look in the historical records or you can view a permit (Residential or Fence) that was issued in 2014. Inspection records will be available on the link to the actual permit, click on the permit, and in the inspection tab you will see all inspection entries for the permit. You can also view, reviews, fees paid and contacts for the permit.
