Note that $50.00 non-refundable this fee only applies to those violations contained within Division 1 of Article IV of Chapter 54, Motor Vehicles and Traffic and only applies to the "appeal" fee, not the dispute fee. The dispute fee is the first appeal of the civil citation and there is no charge for that. This is an appeal of the "dispute" fee. Fees and costs associated with all other parking violations are set by the Municipal Court.
