Block Party Trailer and Outdoor Movie Equipment Online Rental Instructions Step 1: Create a user account. There will be an opportunity for you to select your neighborhood and write down your registered neighborhood group name later in the process. Step 2: Once you are logged in to your new account, select the PINK tab at the top of the screen that says Neighborhood Block Party Equipment Rentals. The Neighbors Connected logo will then appear with information about the rental equipment. ---PAGE BREAK--- Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the equipment you would like to rent. This will populate more information below. Step 4: Select the dates you’d like to reserve under Make a Reservation and a calendar will appear. ---PAGE BREAK--- Step 5: Select your dates. Then click Apply. Green means the date is available. Orange means that another reservation is ending or beginning that day. Grey means that it is unavailable. The dates you select will change to blue as shown in the image below. PLEASE NOTE: Thursday and Friday reservations run from 2 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day. Saturday reservations will be a two-day reservation beginning at 2 p.m. to 11 a.m. the following Monday. You must select the dates accordingly to avoid an error message. Example: Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Monday. Step 6: Once you select your date, you will move to the Attachments page where you can review the Equipment Checklist and the Policies and Procedures documents. Once you review them, select the GREEN Confirm Attachments button on the bottom right. You will be emailed a copy of these documents after completing the reservation. ---PAGE BREAK--- Step 7: Once you confirm the attachments, you will move along to the Prompts tab. Fill out each of the questions below, including your neighborhood, neighborhood group name, drop-off address and daytime phone number. You will also acknowledge that you agree to the Policies and Procedures attachment on this page. Once you are done, select Submit Responses. Step 8: All Block Party Rental Equipment is FREE, so no payment is necessary. Make sure the date you selected is accurate on the line below. Select Complete Transaction to continue. You’re almost done! ---PAGE BREAK--- Step 9: Congratulations! You have reserved your Block Party Equipment! IMPORTANT: Make sure to select the email or print button circled below to receive a copy of your receipt, copies of the attachments, and additional details about your reservation. Enjoy your rental!
