In-City Water and Sewer Tap Fees for 2023 Effective January 1st, 2023 through June 30th, 2023 Fees are in accordance with Section 102-34 of the Arvada City Code. Fees may be paid as early as the time an approved building permit is presented, but no later than the time the temporary certificate of occupancy or certificate of occupancy is issued.
