NOTICE A public hearing will be held before the Arvada Planning Commission scheduled for May 7, 2024, at 6:15 p.m., Arvada City Hall, 8101 Ralston Rd., Arvada, when and where you may speak on the matter to consider the Major Modification, for Indian Tree Golf Course Cart Barn, a 0.7 acre parcel of land generally located 7555 Wadsworth Blvd. Members of the public may attend.
