8101 RALSTON ROAD ARVADA, COLORADO 80002 REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR PERMIT ADDRESSES City of Arvada Community and Economic Development 8101 Ralston Road Arvada, CO 80002 Thank you for contacting the City of Arvada with regard to acquiring a new address for your Irrigation Meter/Irrigation Controller/Electric Cabinet/Electrical Pedestal/Traffic Signal/Water tab/Water Meter/Foundation/Retaining Wall/Street Light/Monument Sign/EV Charging Station. Please note that the wait period from the time of the address request to availability of the permit may be from 10-20 business days, depending on the volume of applications and/or Holidays. So that City Personnel, Inspectors, and Service Technicians may easily locate the structure in the field the following information is required so that an address can be created: (Please see the following example located on the second page.) 1. A map of the area showing the location(s) of the structure(s). Please indicate, with a circle, the area where the structure will be placed. 2. Linear dimensions from a described permanent, existing structure to the item requiring an address. Curblines, ROW’s, houses, etc. are acceptable. Linear dimensions from flowlines, other meters, power poles, etc., will not be accepted. 3. Name of cross roads, Subdivision, and Lot/Block of Subdivision if applicable. Please allow up to five business days for an address to be assigned and created after receiving the request and required information, through our Trakit system. ---PAGE BREAK--- 8101 RALSTON ROAD ARVADA, COLORADO 80002 Once created, new addresses are transferred to the appropriate department and then downloaded into the City database no later than Saturday of the following week.
