In-City Water and Sewer System Development Charges for 2025 Effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 Fees are in accordance with Section 102-34 of the Arvada City Code. Fees may be paid as early as the time an approved building permit is presented but no later than the time the temporary certificate of occupancy or certificate of occupancy is issued. Permanently irrigated sod at $5.24 per square foot of irrigated area. b. Permanently irrigated non-sod, mulch beds, etc. at $2.79 per square foot of irrigated area. c. Native grass seed which is temporarily irrigated for two growing seasons with the irrigation system removed at the end of the second season at $0.00 per square foot. The City collects tap fees based on the fee schedule in place at the time payment is made.
