NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT Notice is hereby given that disbursements in final settlement will be issued by the Finance Director at 10:00 a.m., May 28, 2024 to J.R. Filanc Construction Company, Inc for work related to Project No. 21-WA-06 Canyon Pines Pump Station Project and performed under that contract dated January 18th, 2022 for the City of Arvada. Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that furnished labor, material, drayage, sustenance, provisions or other supplies used or consumed by said contractor or his sub-contractors in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done by said J.R. Filanc Construction Company, Inc and its claim has not been paid, may at any time on or prior to the hour of the date above stated, file with the Finance Director of the City of Arvada at City Hall, a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.
