In-City Water and Sewer System Development Charges for 2024 Effective January1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 Fees are in accordance with Section 102-34 of the Arvada City Code. Fees may be paid as early as the time an approved building permit is presented, but no later than the time the temporary certificate of occupancy or certificate of occupancy is issued. Native grass seed which is temporarily irrigated for two growing seasons with the irrigation system removed at the end of the second season at $0.00 per square foot.
