NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT Notice is hereby given that disbursements in final settlement will be issued by the Finance Director at 10:00 a.m., August 29, 2023 to Denver Developers, LLC d/b/a DD Construction for work related to Project No. Kiln Roof Structure Project at Arvada Center RFP-22-AC and performed under that contract dated July 7, 2022 for the City of Arvada. Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that furnished labor, material, drayage, sustenance, provisions or other supplies used or consumed by said contractor or his sub-contractors in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done by said Denver Developers, LLC d/b/a DD Construction and its claim has not been paid, may at any time on or prior to the hour of the date above stated, file with the Finance Director of the City of Arvada at City Hall, a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.
