Neighbor Conflict Resolution Finding Ways Forward Having Hard Conversations: Although difficult, sometimes knocking on your neighbor’s door can lead to productive exchanges and resolve conflicts. Sharing thoughts and feelings can lead to increased understanding between neighbors. Resolving conflicts can improve relationships between neighbors.
