Block Party Trailer Policies and Procedures By signing this release I agree to the following: • I am responsible for the cost for any and all repairs for any damage or replacement of items in the Block Party Trailer while it is in my possession. • As the individual reserving the Block Party Trailer, I must: o Be the party host/organizer. o Be enrolled in Neighbors Connected in order to reserve the trailer. If not yet enrolled, visit arvada.org/neighborhoods to apply. o Be a resident or property owner in the City of Arvada. o Be responsible for the Block Party Trailer and its contents from the time the Applicant receives notification of its delivery through the time the trailer is picked up by Arvada Rent-Alls. o Complete a Block Party Permit two weeks in advance of the scheduled event at arvada.org/blockpartypermit if planning to close a street or utilize a City park. • All items in the Block Party Trailer must be cleaned with disinfectant wipes before and after each use. Public health guidelines for COVID-19 must be followed. • The trailer must be legally parked on the street and not a private driveway. • The trailer must be used for free neighborhood events/block parties/gatherings only and not for private events. • All events using the trailer must be inclusive, open, and accessible to all nearby neighbors. • The condition of the Block Party Trailer and all its contents upon pick-up by Arvada Rent-Alls is accounted for in the check-list and is the same condition as they were in at the time of drop-off, including but not limited to: o All tables, chairs, and coolers cleaned or rinsed out. o Removal of any and all trash and surfaces cleaned with disinfectant wipes. o Trash and recycling bins have been provided, however, the party host is responsible for proper disposal of all trash and recycling items. o All games and pieces returned to their designated boxes and bins. • I agree to be present at the time of pick-up and also agree to participate in an inventory upon pick-up. • Doors to the Block Party Trailer are to be secured and locked at all times when the trailer is not in use. • I agree that any use of the Block Party Trailer for any purpose not consistent with these Policies and Procedures or the Neighbors Connected program may result in loss of my future use of the Block Party Trailer. ---PAGE BREAK--- Outdoor Movie Equipment Policies and Procedures By signing this release I agree to the following: • I am responsible for the cost for any and all repairs for any damage or replacement of items included in the Outdoor Movie Equipment rental while it is in my possession. • As the individual reserving the Outdoor Movie Equipment, I must: o Be the party host/organizer. o Be enrolled in Neighbors Connected in order to reserve the equipment. If not yet enrolled, visit arvada.org/neighborhoods to apply. o Be a resident or property owner in the City of Arvada. o Be responsible for the Outdoor Movie Equipment and its contents from the time the equipment is picked up at Arvada Rent-Alls to the time it is dropped off. o Complete a Block Party Permit two weeks in advance of the scheduled event at arvada.org/blockpartypermit if planning to close a street or utilize a City park. • All items included in the Outdoor Movie Equipment rental must be cleaned with disinfectant wipes before and after each use.
