ABOUT THE CENTER Arvada's Majestic View Nature Center and Community Park is a valuable resource, providing environmental education and awareness of our natural resources. The park now encompasses over 80 acres, which includes wetland areas, the interpretive trail, prairie grasses, and an assortment of wildlife. The 3,000 square foot Nature Center features hands-on nature and environmental displays, wildlife exhibits, classrooms, and meeting space. The Center offers a variety of programs for the general public, school groups, pre-schools, scouts, and other special interest groups. Please call or visit our website for further information about any of our programs. Directions: Wadsworth to 68th Avenue, west to Garrison Street, north to the Center. Occurrences are based on field data collected between 2001 and 2019. Field surveys were conducted by staff and volunteers over the years, sighting over 130 species.
