Friendly Reminder: Any Hotel that chooses to pass the ATID Assessment fee to the transient cannot call it a tax and must separate it on the guest folio. (Note: Any TID Assessment fee labeled a tax will be subject to TOT.) The City Audit Division can assist you by reviewing your folio and hotel reports for ATID compliance, please fax a copy of these items to (714) 765-4460.
