Title VI says you must be treated the same as others. Your race, color or national origin do not matter. It does not matter if you come from another country. It does not matter if you are poor or speak another language. The City of Anaheim gets money to build and fix roads. The City of Ana- heim pays companies to do some of the work. This work will help all peo- ple in Anaheim. The City of Anaheim and companies must follow the law. If you are not treated the same as others, because of your race, color or national origin; what country you come from, because you are poor or be- cause you speak another language; write a letter. Tell how you were not treated the same as others. Give your name, ad- dress and phone number. You must sign and date your letter.
