Notice of Availability The Orange County Transportation Agency (OCTA) in partnership with the City of Anaheim is proposing to relocate the existing Anaheim Metrolink/Amtrak Station. The proposed new location for the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) is an approximately 19-acre site in the City of Anaheim, California, along the existing OCTA railroad right-of-way. An Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared for ARTIC, per the requirements of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is the lead agency under NEPA. A copy of the EA is available for public review during business hours at the following locations: Planning Department (200 S. Anaheim Blvd. 1st Floor); Sunkist Public Library, 901 S. Sunkist, Anaheim, CA 92806, Anaheim Central Library, 500 W. Broadway, Anaheim, CA 92805, and at www.articinfo.com Comments received will be addressed and responses included in the Final EA. Written comments to the EA may be submitted to Jamie Lai, Transit Manager, City of Anaheim, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd, MS 222, Anaheim, CA 92805.
