RATE (24) Per Meter, Per Month Customer Charge: $9.00 Service Charge (added to Customer Charge): Two horsepower and over of connected load, per horsepower $1.62 Energy Charge (added to Service Charge): All kWh, per kWh 17.64¢ Minimum Charge: The minimum charge is the Service Charge and Customer Charge. RATE (23) Applicable to water utility pumps which are being controlled to limit the electrical system peak demand. Per Meter, Per Month Customer Charge: $9.00 Service Charge (added to Customer Charge): Two horsepower and over of connected load, per horsepower $1.62 Energy Charge (added to Service Charge): All kWh, per kWh 16.49¢ Minimum Charge: The minimum charge is the Service Charge and Customer Charge. SPECIAL CONDITIONS A. Service voltage in accordance with the Rates, Rules and Regulations. B. The rate applies to service rendered at 240 or 480 volts at the option of the consumer; 746 watts shall be equivalent to 1 HP. C. Whenever, upon test, any equipment is found to be delivering more than 125% of its capacity as indicated by its nameplate rating, the City may disregard the nameplate rating and base its charges upon the actual output as calculated from the test. D. Where the use of energy is seasonal or intermittent, no adjustment will be made for a temporary reduction of connected load. Any customer who resumes service of such connected load within twelve (12) months must pay all charges that would have been billed had service been continuous. E. Rate Stabilization Adjustment The rates above are subject to adjustment as provided for in Schedule RSA. The applicable billing factor set forth therein will be applied to all kilowatt-hours billed under this Rate Schedule.
