Automobile Dealership Economic Assistance Program •The purpose of the program is attract new car dealerships to the City and assist existing qualified car dealerships expand or reposition their operation. •The program is limited to car dealerships selling new passenger vehicles. •Economic assistance up to 40 percent of new sales tax increment generated from new dealership or expansion/repositioning. •Economic assistance will be provided to the extent that new incremental sales tax is generated by an opening of a new dealership or expansion. •Additional terms and conditions will apply.
