See the exhibit on the next page for an illustration. MAXIMUM HEIGHT: 35 feet / 2 ½ stories; structures located inside required setback areas such as non-ADU detached structures (e.g. garages, garden/storage shed, or accessory living quarters) cannot exceed a height of one story or sixteen (16) feet, whichever is less.
