The PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan 88-3 On February 28, 1989, the City Council approved the PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan 88-3 including reclassifying 25.71 acres to the PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan 88-3 Zone and adding Chapter 18.73 to the Zoning Code (per Ordinance Nos. 5045 and 5046) In August 2004, the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code was updated. The PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan 88-3 is currently Chapter 18.106 and no longer referenced as Chapter 18.73, as originally adopted. A link has been provided to this zoning code section. Since the adoption of PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan 88-3, three specific plan amendments and one specific plan adjustment were approved and incorporated into the specific plan document as follows: Amendment No. 1 - Ordinance No. 5207 On March 5, 1991, the City Council approved Amendment No. 1 to the PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan No. 88-3, which amended the Zoning and Development Standards set forth in Chapter 18.73 (now Chapter 18.106) of the Anaheim Municipal Code to allow a warehouse building and an indoor physical recreation facility as permitted uses within Development Area 1. Amendment No. 2 - Ordinance Nos. 5277 and 5278 On December 10, 1991, the City Council approved Amendment No. 2 to the PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan No. 88-3, which amended the Zoning and Development Standards set forth in Chapter 18.73 (now Chapter 18.106) of the Anaheim Municipal Code and amended the Specific Plan 88-3 Zone to expand the list of permitted and conditionally permitted uses within Development Area 2; and, amended the Sign Program to permit a 44-foot high pylon sign and a 96 square foot freestanding monument sign for a drive-through restaurant. Amendment No. 3 - Ordinance No. 5695 On August 24, 1999, the Anaheim City Council approved Amendment No. 3 to the PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan 88-3, which amended the Zoning and Development Standards set forth in Chapter 18.73 (now Chapter 18.106) of the Anaheim Municipal Code and amended the Specific Plan 88-3 Zone, relating to the list of permitted and conditionally permitted uses; amended the sign program; and, created a Development Area for development of a mixed-use commercial center within the Specific Plan. Adjustment No. 1 (SPN No. 2001-00004) - Ordinance No. 5773 On March 12, 2001, the Anaheim City Council approved Adjustment No. 1 which modified Appendix 11 (Hotel Conditions) Condition No. 4 of the PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan No. 88-3, relating to daily maid service.
