CITY OF ANAHEIM QUALITY RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAM DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE EXTERIOR/INTERIOR/COMMON AREAS OWNER MUST CERTIFY THAT EVERY UNIT ON THE PROPERTY COMPLIES WITH ALL STANDARDS BELOW IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA STATE LAW • Safe and properly functioning heating • Running hot/cold water and compliant plumbing • Safe and properly functioning emergency exits, exit signs, fire extinguishers and Smoke/Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarms provided • Safe and properly functioning outlets, proper wiring and light fixtures • Safe and properly functioning flooring, walls, ceilings, doors and windows • Safe and properly functioning structures on property including staircases, guardrails, fences, roofs and carports/garages • Safe and functioning appliances, water heaters, and electrical panels • Safe and properly functioning bathroom ventilation, showers, tubs, sinks and toilets • Safe and properly functioning balconies • Safe and properly functioning kitchen ventilation, stoves, ovens, cabinets, countertops • Free from vermin infestation • Interior and exterior of property free of trash, debris, and unsanitary conditions • Pools clear and clean • All street and unit numbers visible for emergency response I acknowledge and have read and completed the Management Practices Questionnaire and housing violation checklist. I understand I am to maintain my property in accordance with California Health and Safety Code and the Anaheim Municipal Code. I understand that any inaccurate or incorrect information provided or repeated code violations on my property may result in code enforcement action including possible fines, fees and/or criminal prosecution.
