December 2, 2013 Anaheim Public Utilities is set to begin a water pipeline replacement project in your area on December 10, 2013. The work will involve replacement of approximately 2,800 lineal feet of old water pipelines in Peridot Place, Twin Peak Circle and Coral Circle. The attached map shows the extent of the pipe replacement project. New 12-inch and 8-inch polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) pipes, copper services, meters, and fire hydrants will replace the old facilities. The work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There may be minor traffic disruptions but the contractor will make sure vehicles are able to enter and exit their driveways at all times. If the contractor is working in front of your property and you need to leave, please allow him 5 minutes to prepare an exit route. In the event there is a need for a planned water disruption, the contractor will distribute door hangers, a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the water outage, detailing the date and time of the disruption.
