REVISED: 2/26/24 Exhibit 6 TRACT MAP City Clerk’s Statement I hereby state that this map was presented for approval to the City Council of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of ,20 , and that thereupon said council did, by an order duly passed and entered, approve said map. The City of Anaheim does not accept at this time the irrevocable offer(s) of dedication as shown in the Ownership Certificate: (The City’s non acceptance of the irrevocable offer of dedications shall reserve the City’s ability to accept all or part of the dedication at any later date in accordance with State Law without any further action by the offerors). The City of Anaheim does accept at this time the offer(s) of dedication as shown on the Ownership Certificate.
