REVISED: 4/28/23 Exhibit 4 PARCEL MAP City Engineer’s Statement I hereby state that I have examined this map and have found it to be substantially the same as it appeared in the Tentative Map as filed with, amended and approved by the City (Planning Commission or City Council); that all provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and City Subdivision Regulations have been complied with. This statement will be effective on the date upon which the County of Orange approves the map as technically correct. The City of Anaheim does not accept at this time the irrevocable offers of dedications: (The City’s non- acceptance of the irrevocable offer of dedications shall reserve the City’s ability to accept all or part of the dedication at any later date in accordance with state law without any further action by the offerors). (List irrevocable offers of dedications not accepted which shall match irrevocable offers from the Owner’s Certificate.) The City of Anaheim does accept at this time the offer(s) of dedication as shown in the Ownership Certificate. (List irrevocable offers of dedication accepted which shall match irrevocable offers from the Owner’s Certificate.) The City of Anaheim does hereby accept all vehicular access rights to [street name(s)] as released and relinquished. Pursuant to Section 66477.2(e) of the Subdivision Map Act, the City of Anaheim hereby terminates the irrevocable offer(s) of dedication for: purposes, within the boundary of this map, per (Tract Map, Parcel Map, Deed) .
