The Anaheim Resort Specific Plan 6.0 General Plan Consistency 6-1 6.0 General Plan Consistency California Government Code §65450-§65453 permits the adoption and administration of Specific Plans as an implementation tool for elements contained within the local General Plan. The City of Anaheim General Plan provides guidance for long-term growth and development in the City through comprehensive plans for future development. Specific Plans must demonstrate consistency in regulations, guidelines and programs with the goals, objectives, policies, programs and uses that are set forth in the General Plan. Table 5.9-1 of Supplemental Environmental impact Report No. 340 addresses the consistency of the Anaheim Resort Specific Plan (ARSP) with the relevant City of Anaheim General Plan Goals and Policies and said table is incorporated by reference into the ARSP. ---PAGE BREAK--- The Anaheim Resort Specific Plan 6.0 General Plan Consistency 6-2 This page is intentionally blank.
