SEPARATE METERING 1. Separate Premises shall not be supplied through the same Meter, except as may be specifically provided for in the Rate Schedule. 2. Separate non-Premise metering for electric vehicles or Distributed Energy Resources shall be determined by the Electric Utility, as provided for in the Rate Schedule. B. OTHER USES OR PREMISES A Customer shall not use electricity received from the Electric Utility for purposes other than those specified in the Customer’s Application or in the applicable Rate Schedules. C. USE BY OTHERS All energy use, including use by others, supplied through a single Electric Utility Meter is the responsibility of the Customer. A Customer shall not charge for electricity received from the Electric Utility and/or an ESP and used by any other Person, except: 1. Where the charge to tenants is absorbed in the rental for the Premises of space occupied. 2. Where the Customer is the owner, lessee, or facility operator, Sub-meters, and resells the electricity at the same rates that the Electric Utility and/or the ESP would charge for the service if supplied directly. In such cases, the Customer shall be solely responsible for providing accurate Sub-metering. 3. Where the Customer has ownership or control of a public access electric vehicle charging station and resells the electricity necessary to fuel electric vehicles to recover the Customer’s costs of providing the service to fuel electric vehicles. Customers are required to comply with applicable City of Anaheim parking requirements and standards. D. RESALE OF ELECTRICITY Resale of electricity or Sub-metering of electricity for the purpose of resale is prohibited except as provided for under Section C above.
