SAMPLE SITE PLAN Parking is required when a new business or land use is proposed for a commercial, industrial, or office complex. Parking is also required for new developments. Parking analysis is required to ensure the project site complies with parking regulations. At a minimum, parking analysis must include two elements: • A site plan that clearly depicts the total number of available parking spaces; and • A matrix that specifies the required number of parking spaces for each unit within the complex based on size and use of the unit. Parking ratios are located in Table 42-A in Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.42.040 (Non-Residential Parking Requirements). The following table is an example of a parking analysis for a small commercial retail center (less than 10,000 total GFA).
