Box 3222 Anaheim, California 92803 SUBJECT: CIVIL ENGINEER’S CERTIFICATION FOR ROUGH GRADING FOR BUILDING PADS REFERENCE: Grading Plan Number: Job Address: Map No. Work Began: Work Completed: In accordance with the Anaheim Municipal code, Title 17, and the requirements of the permit, I certify that the rough grading for building pad(s) for the above referenced project was done in accordance with the approved grading plan and is in full compliance with all codes. Exhibit D includes a Line of Grade Exhibit illustrating field spot elevations for the building pad(s), which are within an acceptable elevation variance of + 0.1’ from the elevations specified in the approved grading plan. Furthermore, blue top stakes have been placed and field-verified to enable inspection and verification by the City of Anaheim Public Works Inspection staff.
