Ownership Certificate We, the undersigned, being all parties having any record title interest in the land covered by said map, do hereby consent to the preparation and recordation of said map, as shown within the distinctive borderline. We hereby irrevocably offer for dedication to the City of Anaheim as an easement for road, public utility and other public purposes: ( list all streets) . We also hereby irrevocably offer for dedication to the City of Anaheim: The easement(s) for storm drain including ingress and egress rights for maintenance purposes as shown on said map. The easement(s) for sewer including ingress and egress rights for maintenance purposes as shown on said map. The public utility easement(s) including ingress and egress rights for maintenance purposes as shown on said map. The electrical facilities and appurtenances, the domestic water distribution system and appurtenances, the sewer system and appurtenances, the storm drain system and appurtenances, the street lighting system and appurtenances as shown on the improvement plans for this project. A conduit system sufficient to accommodate the City of Anaheim franchised cable television network system(s). The system(s) shall be installed in the public right-of-way or public utility easement and shall make service available to all residential units, schools, public facilities and others as required.
