Anaheim Blvd. Page No. 2.7.1 Anaheim, CA 92805 SCHEDULE LS LIGHTING - STREET, HIGHWAY, ROADWAY, OR OTHER RIGHT OF WAY ISSUED BY: Effective: 05-01-24 by Resolution No.: 2024-022 Dated: 03-26-24 Dukku Lee Superseding Resolution No.: 2015-237 Dated: 08-18-15 General Manager APPLICABILITY Applicable to Street Lighting Service and other outdoor area lighting service within any street, highway, roadway or right of way, regardless of lighting ownership. RATE (28) Per Month Customer Charge: $5.00 Energy Charge (added to Customer Charge): All kWh, per kWh 16.68¢ Minimum Charge: The minimum charge is the Customer Charge. SPECIAL CONDITIONS A. Service voltage and Point of Delivery in accordance with the Rates, Rules and Regulations. B. If lighting energy consumption is determined through an alternative means authorized by the Rates, Rules and Regulations, the above rate shall apply to any such energy consumption. In these cases, the Utility shall determine the energy consumption of the Customer’s lighting during the applicable Billing Period. C. Rate Stabilization Adjustment The rates above are subject to adjustment as provided for in Schedule RSA. The applicable billing factor set forth therein will be applied to all kilowatt-hours billed under this Rate Schedule. D. Customer loads unrelated to lighting loads within any street, highway, roadway, or right of way are not covered by this Rate Schedule and will be subject to the applicable Rate Schedule for that load.
