RATE (15): Per Meter, Per Month Customer Charge: $5.00 Energy Charge (added to Customer Charge): All kWh, per kWh 18.23¢ Minimum Charge: The minimum charge is the Customer Charge. RATE (17): Applicable to water utility booster pumps which are being controlled to limit the electrical system peak demand Per Meter, Per Month Customer Charge: $5.00 Energy Charge (added to Customer Charge): All kWh, per kWh Minimum Charge: The minimum charge is the Customer Charge. 17.49¢ SPECIAL CONDITIONS A. Service voltage in accordance with the Rates, Rules and Regulations. B. Rate Stabilization Adjustment The rates above are subject to adjustment as provided for in Schedule RSA. The applicable billing factor set forth therein will be applied to all kilowatt-hours billed under this Rate Schedule.
