EXHIBIT 14 CITY OF ANAHEIM DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS MEMORANDUM To: TITLE COMPANIES WORKING WITHIN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM SUBJECT: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR TITLE REPORTS The following must be included when preparing a Title Report within the City of Anaheim in connection with the processing of: Final Map (Tract Map & Parcel Map) Lot Line Adjustment Certificate of Compliance 1. A list of those individuals required to sign or eligible for company to sign the Tract Map, Parcel Map, Lot Line Adjustment or Certificate of Compliance. 2. A list of all those eligible for signature omissions and nature of their interest. 3. The legal description of the area within the distinctive boundary. The distinctive boundary must not be divide existing parcels and should extend to the centerline of bordering streets, unless satisfactory evidence is produced indicating that the street is held in fee by another party. 4. A list of all existing easements and offers of dedication on the property, with a description of their location and purpose. Additional information may be required as deemed necessary by the City.
