How to stream movies from Overdrive on your smart phone, device or computer You cannot at this time stream movies from the Overdrive App, you must find overdrive in your Browser and sign in- 1. Open your browser and go to northnet.overdrive.com 2. Choose Sign in 3. Directions for signing in with your library card, choose Sign in using library card 4. Enter a library name Alpine County Library 5. Now enter your library card number Then click on SIGN IN 6. Click on Search 7. Click on Advanced 8. Scroll down the screen to Availability choose available now then click on Done 9. Scroll further down to Formats Choose Streaming video Filter then click on Done 10. Scroll further down and click on Search a. Find a movie you would like to watch. Click on Title b. Click on Borrow c. Click on Watch Now in Browser [or close this window to watch it later] 11. To find movies you’ve chosen click on this icon usually located in the upper right corner of your screen. You’re ready to watch movies! YOU WILL NEED TO USE WiFi or a very strong cell signal to watch the movie, you cannot download the movie.
