NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE CENTRAL SIERRA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Board of Supervisors is requesting applications for non-elect appointee alternate to the Central Sierra Economic Development District Governing Board. The economic development district was created by a joint exercise of powers agreement adopted August 1976 between Alpine County, Amador County, Calaveras County and Tuolumne County; Amador City, City of Angels, City of Ione, City of Jackson, City of Plymouth, City of Sonora and the City of Sutter Creek to provide economic development planning and to participate in federal programs relating to economic development. Applications will be accepted until sufficient applications for appointment are received. Appointments will be made at a regular Board of Supervisors meeting.
