NOTICE OF VACANCY SOLID WASTE INDEPENDENT HEARING PANEL Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Board of Supervisors is requesting applications for public appointment to the Solid Waste Independent Hearing Panel. There is currently one vacancy on the Solid Waste Independent Hearing Panel. The appointment is for the public at large position that will expire on December 31, 2023. The independent hearing panel was created in conformance with Public Resource Code Section 44308 to hear matters pertaining to solid waste facility violations in Alpine County. Applications for public members will be accepted by the Alpine County Clerk until the vacancy is filled. Appointments will be made at a regular meeting of the Alpine County Board of Supervisors.
