Members of the committee: CAO/Director of Finance, Assistant CAO to Budget and Finance, Donald M. Jardine (District 1 Supervisor), Mary Rawson (District 5 Supervisor) AGENDA 1. Call to order regular meeting: 2:00 p.m. 2. Oral Communication: General Public Comment This portion of the meeting is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Alpine County Audit and Finance Committee. No action can be taken on items not appearing on the agenda. 3. Old Business: a. Approval of December 14, 2015, meeting minutes. 4. New Business: a. Review and discuss draft of General Fund Contingency Appropriation Policy. 5. Adjournment: The Committee will adjourn to the next scheduled meeting, to be determined, at the County Administration Building, 99 Water Street, Markleeville, CA.
