A ALPINE COUNTY UNIFIED COMMAND DATE: December 16, 2021 RE: County Facility Closures FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: ALPINE COUNTY FACILITIES WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC EFFECTIVE FRIDAY, DECEMBER 24, 2021 AND ARE SCHEDULED TO REOPEN ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2022. The Alpine County Board of Supervisors voted to close all Alpine County Facilities to the public effective Friday, December 24, 2021 and will reopen to the public on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Mandated County services will still be delivered during this time. The Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for January 4, 2022 has been cancelled. During the closure, Alpine County staff will still be available for emergency response. The following contacts should be utilized during the closure to reach specific departments.
