PUBLIC NOTICE ALPINE COUNTY AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING A meeting of the Alpine County Audit and Finance Committee will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at 3 p.m. at the County Administration Building, 99 Water Street, Markleeville, CA. Members of the committee: Treasurer‐Auditor, Senior Financial Officer, Donald M. Jardine (District 1 Supervisor), Mary Rawson (District 5 Supervisor) AGENDA 1. Call to order regular meeting: 3:00 p.m. 2. Oral Communication: General Public Comment This portion of the meeting is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Alpine County Audit and Finance Committee Meeting. No action can be taken on items not appearing on the agenda. 3. Old Business: a. Approval of April 29, 2014, meeting minutes. 4. New Business: a. Review and discuss process for adoption of final budget for fiscal year 2014‐2015. 5. Adjournment: The Committee will adjourn to the next scheduled meeting, October 28, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the County Administration Building, 99 Water Street, Markleeville, CA.
