A ALPINE COUNTY UNIFIED COMMAND DATE: July 23, 2021 RE: Structure Damage Report FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: ALPINE COUNTY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH CALFIRE, FINALIZED THE STRUCTURE DAMAGE REPORT AND INTERACTIVE MAP FOR ALPINE COUNTY RESIDENTS TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THEIR STRUCTURES. THIS APPLICATION IS UPDATING EVERY 24 HOURS WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. RESIDENTS CAN TYPE IN THE ADDRESS OR ZOOM IN ON THE MAP TO DETERMINE STRUCTURE STATUS. VISITORS TO THE PAGE MAY NEED TO SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THE INTERACTIVE MAP IN THEIR BROWSER. STRUCTURE STATUS MAP LINK: Road Closures Highway 88 is closed from the Nevada Stateline to Pickets Junction State Route 89 Junction of Highway 88 to Highway 395 State Route 4 from the junction of Statue Route 89 to Ebbett’s Pass Evacuee Information Alpine County in collaboration with Douglas County and Douglas County Community Services established an evacuation shelter at the Douglas County Community and Senior Center located at 1329 Waterloo Ln., Gardnerville, NV 89410. It is recommended that any evacuees needing shelter, food or supplies go to the location and register. Additionally, anyone looking for information on evacuees should check in at the registration desk.
