NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Alpine County Board of Supervisors Tuesday October 3, 2017 10:00 a.m. Administrative Office Building Markleeville, California Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing regarding the Proposed amendments to the Alpine County Zoning Ordinance (Title 18 of the Alpine County Code) regarding: • New Section: Residential Short Term Rentals • Section 18.70: Home Occupations • Section 18.72: Non Conforming Lots, Non Conforming Structures and Non Conforming Uses • Section 18.92: Enforcement and Penalties • Section 18.08: Definitions related to the above listed sections. The public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Alpine County Board of Supervisors on October 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at Administrative Office Building, Board Chambers, Markleeville, California.
