MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ACT (MHSA): NOTICE OF 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD and NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MHSA Annual Update for Fiscal Year 15-16 To all interested stakeholders, Alpine County Behavioral Health Services, in accordance with the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), is publishing this Notice of 30-Day Public Comment Period and Notice of Public Hearing regarding the above-entitled document. I. The public review and comment period begins Monday, April 20, 2015 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May21, 2015. Interested persons may provide written comments during this public comment period. Written comments and/or questions should be addressed to ACBHS, Attn: Amy Broadhurst, MHSA Coordinator, 75 C Diamond Valley Rd., Markleeville, CA 96120. Please use the attached comment form. II. A Public Hearing will be held by the Alpine County Mental Health Board on Monday, May 18, 2015, at 12:00 p.m., at 75 A Diamond Valley Rd., Markleeville, CA 96120, for the purpose of receiving further public comment on the MHSA Annual Update for Fiscal Year 2015-16. III.
