NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Alpine County Board of Supervisors Tuesday February 5, 2019 10:00 a.m. Administrative Office Building Markleeville, California PUBLIC HEARING – AMENDED ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Alpine County Code Chapter 12.24 Turtle Rock Park: Section 12.24.080 Building a Fire – Clarifies restrictions regarding camp fires and use of outdoor cooking devices within Turtle Rock Park. Section 12.24.090 Camping – Adds limitations to the number of consecutive days that camping is allowed, and clarify other camping restrictions within Turtle Rock Park. Authorizes the Community Development Director to establish additional rules for campground use. The public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Alpine County Board of Supervisors on February 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at Alpine County Administrative Office Building, Board Chambers, 99 Water Street, Markleeville, California.
