However out of respect for staff time and community need, we are extremely selective in what we accept. Please call your local library to make an appointment with staff to determine which of your donated items we can use. And please, never leave donations outside the library! Materials accepted (in excellent condition only):  Books.  DVDs.  CDs – music CDs or audiobooks  New puzzles or games Excellent condition is as follows.  All pages are intact, not torn, damaged, stained or soiled.  Covers (book jackets) are intact.  Books do not have markings.  CDs and DVDs are in original cases, fully playable, not scratched or damaged.  Games and puzzles are new (or nearly new) and have ALL pieces in a sturdy box Materials NOT accepted:  Damaged or poor condition items.  Magazines   Games  Puzzles  Textbooks.  VHS video tapes.  Cassette audio tapes.  Items inappropriate for the Library (TBD by staff) Thank you!
