NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION COUNTY OF ALPINE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Administration Building, Board Chambers 99 Water Street, Markleeville, CA 96120 WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2019 5:15 PM Notice is hereby given that the Alpine County Planning Commission will hold public hearing(s) on the following item(s): 6.1 146 Bloods Ridge Parking Area Setback Variance (5:15 pm) – Variance request to allow construction of an off-street parking area within the required 15 feet front yard setback required for vehicle parking. The parking area would be approximately 440 square feet in area with approximately 100 square feet of the parking area within the required setback. APN:005-411-011 Planning Case # 2019-16.
