Call to order special meeting: 2:30 p.m. 2. Oral Communication: General Public Comment: This portion of the meeting is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Mental Health Board. No action can be taken on items not appearing on the agenda. 3. Consent Agenda: These matters are routine and non-controversial and are usually approved by a single majority vote without discussion. Items can be removed from the consent agenda to be discussed and considered separately. 3.1 Request approval of regular meeting minutes of 05/02/2016. 3.2 Request acknowledgment of meeting notes of 06/06/2016 4. New Business: 4.1 Public Hearing Meeting to gather further public comment for discussion and possible action, so that the Mental Health Board members can review the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Annual Update for Fiscal Year 2016/17 & the Workforce Education and Training (WET) Component Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Years 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18 and make any recommendations for revisions. 4.2 Mental Health Board Members to vote on approval of the plan and recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to approve the MHSA Annual Update for FY 2016/17.
