Alpine County Ad Hoc Redistricting Advisory Commission Why does Redistricting matter to me? Redistricting determines which neighborhoods and communities are grouped together into a district for purposes of electing a board member. Our redistricting advisory commission, which is made up of members of the public, will provide input in selecting the next district map for our supervisorial districts. You have an opportunity to share how you think district boundaries should be drawn to best represent your community. Public Hearing and Commission Meeting Schedule - Public attendance encouraged! Date/Time Public Meeting August 17, 2021 10:00 a.m. Board of Supervisors Public Hearing. Information about the process and how the public can participate. Census data not yet available to the County.
